Aarushi murder: Raj Kumar, Krishna free to go
New Delhi, Sep 12: Key accused in Noida double murder case, Raj Kumar and Krishna were granted bail by a Ghaziabad Court on Friday, Sep 12. Raj Kumar was free to go on two sureties of Rs 25,000 each.
CBI had oppsed bail to Raj Kumar on the grounds that he was a Nepal national and can flee the coutry. Even scientific evidence was pointing out his involvement in the crime, said CBI officials. RK Anand the advocate in Krishna's defence fought for his bail and won as CBIfailed to file a chargesheet as no evidence was found.

The third man accused of being involved in the murder, Vijay Mandal, was released on Saturday, Sep 6. The CBI has confirmed that it has no material evidence against any of the three men, a sign that the case has collapsed.
