Nationwide bank strike likely on Sep 24, 25

Mumbai, Sep 11: The United Forum of Bank Unions (UFBU) has called a countrywide strike on September 24 and 25 to press for their demands.

Following this, the Corporation Bank has informed Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) that a section of its employees may take part in the proposed strike, which may affect the normal functioning of its branches.
