Shree Renuka signs MOU with HPCL

Mumbai, Sep 11 (UNI) Shree Renuka Sugars Limited (SRSL) has informed the Bombay Stock Exchange that the Company has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited (HPCL).

Both the copanies will form a Joint Venture Company (JV) for the purpose of setting up an Integrated Sugar and Ethanol Plant in the Maharashtra, a news release issued by SRSL said.
