Schuler to expand India operations to consolidate all brands
Mumbai, Sep 11 (UNI) Germany-based Schuler Group, involved in automotive and auto Ancillary manufacturing, has entered the Indian auto market to emerge as tier one supplier in the power sector, electrical motor industry and minting equipment for currency coins.
Addressing the media, Mr Juergen Tonn, Chief Executive Officer, Schuler AG said ''The company has received orders worth Rs 125 crore from auto industry for the current financial year and also it would target for Rs 200 crore in the next three years.'' Meanwhile, Schuler India Managing Director Dilip M Thaker said, ''The Indian subsidiary will consolidate its several brands under one umbrella to provide vlaue added services to its wide range of customers. This will also help to expand the market reach of Schuler and increase its top line considerably.'' UNI AR SR SKB2016
