Rs 3.77 cr sanctioned for annual plan of Gurgoan

Chandigarh, Sep 11 (UNI) The Haryana government has sanctioned an amount of Rs 3.77 crore in the current financial year for the annual plan of Gurgoan district.

An official spokesman today said that out of Rs 3.77 crore, about Rs 2.76 crore would be spent on the general category belonging to the urban and rural areas and Rs 1.01 crore would be spent for the people belonging to the Scheduled Castes.

He said that under this 22 departments would be benefitted and developmental works pertaining to them would be completed soon.

He said that Rs 2.94 crore would be spent on the construction of roads and streets, Rs 46 lakh for providing infrastructure in the district, Rs three lakh each on the health services, husbandary and public health and Rs 20.64 lakh on child and women welfare.
