President Patil contributes one-month salary to PM's relief fund

New Delhi, Sep 11 : President Pratibha Patil has contributed a month's salary to the Prime Minister's National Relief Fund to help the victims of Bihar floods.

A statement from the Rashtrapati Bhawan today said the President contributed her month's salary towards the relief and rehabilitation of those affected by the unprecedented floods in Bihar caused by the Kosi river.
