Interim relief is a fraud, say employees
Bhopal, Sep 11 (UNI) Madhya Pradesh Karamchari Congress (MPKC) today alleged that the chief minister's announcement to pay 20 per cent interim relief and arrears to the state government employees was a 'fraud'.
''Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan has earlier promised to implement the recommendations of sixth pay commission but he now announced to pay only interim relief,'' MPKC Convener Veerendra Khongal told reporters here.
He demanded that the state government employees should also be given House Rent Allowance, Dearness Allowance, Travel and Education Allowances and City Compensatory Allowance at par with Central government employees.
