Funds pattern of Central schemes for NE's rural schemes changed

New Delhi, Sep 11 (UNI) The Cabinet Committee on Economic Affairs (CCEA) today gave the go-ahead to changes in the funding pattern to 90:10 for the Northeast states, including, Sikkim, for the Department of Rural Development schemes.

The ratio has been enhanced from 75:25 at present.

The schemes include the Swarnajayanti Gram Swarozgar Yojana (SGSY), Indira Awaas Yojana (IAY) and District Rural Development Agency (DRDA) Administration, an official release said.
