Mariah Carey 'fires' manager over courting JLo

New York, Sept 10 : Mariah Carey has reportedly fired her long-time manager, Benny Medina.

According to source, the singer was unhappy with Benny - especially after she heard rumours that he was courting his former client, and arch-rival, Jennifer Lopez. And finally on Friday, the 'Hero' singer booted him out of the job.

However, Medina denied any such reports.

"I just had lunch with Mariah today. We're restructuring her company and streamlining it. That's all," the New York Post quoted him, as saying.

If Medina gets kicked out of the job, it will be his third blow - after being estranged by Tyra Banks and Usher.
