RIL sets up subsidiaries in London, Singapore

Mumbai, Sep 9 (UNI) Reliance Industries Limited today announced the incorporation of its wholly owned subsidiaries in key global markets of London and Singapore, in an effort to tap the emerging opportunities in petroleum products.

Reliance Global Energy Services Limited, London is headed by Peter Ward, a veteran in the industry who was formerly the President of Shell Trading's Gas and Power division.

Reliance Global Energy Services Singapore Private Limited, is headed by Michael Ng. Mr Ng was till recently the President of Fair Energy. He has also been the Head of Shell's international aviation business in Asia, the Company said in a relese here today.
