NSE to trade in 3-4 currencies soon

New Delhi, Sep 9 (UNI) The National Stock Exchange (NSE) today said it plans to start trading in another 3-4 currencies soon.

''Once we have the approval from the regulators, we will look at trading in another 3-4 currencies,'' NSE Managing Director and CEO Ravi Narain told reporters here.

This will include the Euro, Japanese Yen, Chinese Yuan and Pound Sterling, he added.

NSE currently trades in the US dollar.
