State tableau approved for Republic day

Srinagar, Sep 8 (UNI) The Jammu and Kashmir government has approved the tableaux for the January 26, an official spokesman said this evening.

He said a meeting chaired by the Chief Secretary, S S Kapur today approved the state tableau to be showcased at Republic Day parade 2009, at New Delhi.

The tableau depicting the three regions of the state has been designed by Chusool Mahaldar.
