Prisoners escape by exploding bomb, 12 injured in J'khand

Chatra, Sep 8 (UNI) At least 12 prisoners were injured, three of them critically, when some undertrials exploded a powerful bomb inside the jail here to make good their escape at around 1600 hrs today.

Police said the injured had been shifted to RIMS.

Superintendent of Police and Jail Superintendent had rushed to the spot.

A massive search operation had been launched to apprehend those escaped, police said adding investigation was on.
