Light to moderate rain in HP
Shimla, Sep 7 (UNI) Light to moderate rain fall lashed few parts of Himachal Pradesh while sky remained overcast in higher reaches of trible districts of Kinnaur, Lahaul and Spiti and Chamba.
Shimla recorded maximum rainfall in the state with 17.8 mm rain followed by Dharamshala 5.4 mm, Bhuntar 3 mm. Other parts of the hilly state recieved traces of rain.
The minimum and maximum temperature in the state capital Shimla were recorded at 13.0 degrees Celsius and 23.3 degrees Celsius, Sundernagar 18.7 and 30.9 degrees, Bhuntar 16.3 and 28.8, Kalpa 6.7 and 18, Una 17.2 and 31.8, Mandi 16.8 and 29.2 degrees Celsius respectively.
Met office has forcast rain and thundershowers at isolated places of the state in the next 24 hrs.
