Hearing of cases against 16 suspected SIMI activists from tomorrow
Hubli, Sept 8 (UNI) The case of 16 suspected SIMI activists, who are under judicial custody, will come up for hearing from tomorrow in the First District and Session's court before the District and Sessions Judge Bopaiah.
The arrested included Mohammad Asif, Mohammad Gouse, Asadulla, Abubakkar, Alla bhaksh Yadavad, Yahya K, Sayyad Sadique, Samir, Dr.
Mirja Beig, Safdar Nagori, Shibli, Sadath Ali, Abdul Razak, Kamruddin, Chand Mohamad hafiz, Mulla, Adjan, yasin, Dr. Manroj and P.A. Shadul are to be produced before the court in connection with their alleged terrorist activities.
The Circuit bench of the High Court will hear the bail application of two suspected SIMI activist under custody on September 15. Nadim and Imtiaz have filed bail plea before Circuit court bench in Dharwad.
