Hearing of cases against 16 suspected SIMI activists

Hubli, Sept 8 (UNI) Hearing in the case aainst 16 suspected SIMI activists, who are in judicial custody, will come up in the First District and Session's court before the Sessions Judge Bopaiah here tomorrow.

The arrested included Mohammad Asif, Mohammad Gouse, Asadulla, Abubakkar, Alla bhaksh Yadavad, Yahya K, Sayyad Sadique, Samir, Dr.

Mirja Beig, Safdar Nagori, Shibli, Sadath Ali, Abdul Razak, Kamruddin, Chand Mohamad Hafiz, Mulla, Adjan, Yasin, Dr. Manroj and P.A. Shadul. They are to be produced before the court in connection with alleged terrorist activities.

The Circuit bench of the High Court will hear the bail application of two suspected SIMI activists under custody, on September 15. Nadim and Imtiaz have filed bail plea before Circuit court bench in Dharwad.
