HDFC Standard Life asset crosses Rs 10,000 cr mark
{image-HDFC Standard Life_08092008.jpg news.oneindia.in}Mumbai, Sep 8: Management assets of private life insurance company, HDFC Standard Life, has crossed the Rs 10,000 crore mark, with over 55 per cent of the assets under equity.
The company has expanded its operations from 103 to 572 offices in over 730 towns, and increased its financial consultants from 74,000 to 1,44,000 dealing in 19 retail and six group products in the last three years. "Our investment focus is based on the primary objective of protecting and generating good, consistent and stable investment returns to match the investor's long-term objective and return expectation,'' said HDFC managing director and Chief Executive Officer Deepak Satwalekar in a release here.
