Committee set up under National Mission on Mounuments, Antiquities
Shimla, Sep 8 (UNI) The Himachal Pradesh Government today constituted a committee under National Mission on Mounument and Antiquities to identify professinal institutions and individuals who can undertake projects on compilation of data pertaining to heritage sites and documentation of antiquities.
The committee would also evaluate projects for techinical and financial points for approval, an official spokesman said.
He said that BK Aggrwal would be the chairman of the committee while Secretary Language, Art and Culture Laxma Thakur and Director of the Mission and Superintending Archaeologist of Archaeological Survey of India, Shimla would be the members of the committee among others.
