Caase seeking stay on handover of Gokarna Mahabaleshwar adjourned

Hubli, Sept 8 (UNI) The Circuit Bench of the Karnataka High Court today adjourned the hearing on the application seeking stay order against the State Government's move to handover administration of the Gokarna Mahabaleshwar temple to Ramachandrapur Math.

The petition was fled by Bal Chandra Dikshit of Gokarna who pleaded in the court demanding stay order on the issue.

The Bench heard the case and adjourned the case to September 11. Mr Balachandra Dikshit is also the trustee of the temple. The Government pleader appeared before the Court.
