Sheila heaps encomiums on Manmohan, Sonia
New Delhi, Sep 7 (UNI) Delhi Chief Minister Sheila Dikshit today heaped encomiums on Prime Minister Manmohan Singh and UPA Chairperson Sonia Gandhi for clinching the Nuclear Deal.
She was speaking at Mahipalpur after laying foundation for sewerage facilities for five villages catering to Mahipalpur, Rangpuri, Smalkha, Rajokri and Kapashera in 2009.
Extolling the strong leadership provided by both the UPA leaders, she expressed the hope that the power problem would be solved for all the coming generations to take advantage of.
The occasion provided her an opportunity to flaunt her own achievements. She claimed that her government has made provision of the appropriate sewage management system in all 189 rural villages in the capital. The villages have been categorised based on a comprehensive study undertaken by the Delhi Jal Board.
In 34 villages the sewerage network will be laid and will be connected with the existing peripheral sewer.
