Russell Brand vows to 'pinch' Britney Spears at VMAs

London, Sept 7 : English comedian Russell Brand has promised to avenge pop princess Britney Spears for calling him names - by trying to pinch her at the MTV Video Music Awards.

Brand had been called "Russell Brown" by Spears in a TV promo for the awards.

"I know at some point I will try to pinch her," the Sun quoted him as saying.

The actor has also been practising some of his moves on American pop/R and B singer Christina Aguilera, and is planning to have a go at the pop trio The Jonas Brothers.

"Those three lads with virginity rings - if by the end of the evening I've not got them hanging around my neck I will consider my job not properly done," he added.
