Jeep mishap: death toll rises to 17
Khargone, MP, Sep 7 (UNI) With the bodies of six more people being fished out, the death toll of jeep accident on Narmada river near Badwaha in this district in western Madhya Pradesh rose to 17.
A total of 11 bodies were fished out after a jeep carrying 18 people fell into the Narmada river after breaking the railings of the bridge yesterday morning.
Divers were engaged in the search of one missing person.
All victims hailed from Khargone district.
