BSP MLA's servant found dead in UP

Lucknow, Sep 7 (UNI) The body of Amit Kumar Mishra, servant of ruling Bahujan Samaj Party (BSP) MLA from Dhanapur in Chandauli district Sushil Kumar Singh, was found hanging in the official flat of the legislator today.

According to police, the body of the servant -- resident of Sitapur -- was found hanging from the ceiling fan in the guard's room with both his hands tied in front.

Amit was engaged as the domestic help of the legislator one month back.

Superintendent of Police (SP-East) Harish Kumar said investigation was underway to find out whether it was a suicide or a murder.

Sushil Kumar Singh is the nephew of don of eastern UP Brajesh Singh.
