Parsvnath eyes Rs 60 cr revenue from Indore project

New Delhi, Sep 5 (UNI) Realty major Parsvnath Developers Ltd today said it has launched a residential project at Indore and expects revenue of Rs 60 crore from it.

The project-- Parsvnath Premier-- has a saleable area of more than four lakh sq ft and is scheduled to be completed by 2011-end, a company statement said.

The realisation from the project, which offers 300 units, is about Rs 60 crore.

The project, to be built with rich construction specifications, offers a gamut of leisure activities.

The company has also entered into an agreement with the Madhya Pradesh government for development of its 76-acre SEZ at Indore which will create direct and indirect employment opportunities for about 40,000 people, and is developing a 100-acre integrated township in Ujjain, it added.

At present, Parsvnath is developing 114 mega projects spanning across 211.32 million sq ft in 51 cities and 18 states.
