Pak calls for cross-LoC intra Kashmir trade
Islamabad, Sep 5: Pakistan seeks to operationalise the cross LoC intra-Kashmir trade as soon as posssible, reported Indian officials. Pakistan has called for a meeting with India in Islamabad.
The proposal was made by Foreign Secretary of Pakistan Salman Bashir to Indian High Commissioner Satyabrata Pal in a meeting held in the Foreign Office on Thursday, Sep 4," foreign ministry spokesman Muhammad Sadiq has said. Pakistan's proposal is in pursuit of the agreement-in-principle already reached at foreign secretary level talks which was held in July in New Delhi.
Mr Bashir also conveyed the willingness of AJK Chamber of Commerce to sent a delegation to Srinagar at the earliest possible.
