Suresh Kait appointed judge of Delhi High Court

New Delhi, Sep 4 (UNI) Senior lawyer Suresh Kait has been appointed as a judge of the Delhi High Court, raising its strength to 39, as against the sanctioned 48.

Mr Kait would be administered the oath of office tomorrow by Chief Justice A P Shaw.

Mr Kait has been in the legal profession for the last 19 years as the Central Government's Counsel for Railways and various other departments handling criminal cases, constitutional cases and other cases of intricate nature.
