First Advantage firms up alliance with ERA

Mumbai, Sep 4 (UNI) The Employer Services segment of First Advantage Corporation today announced a strategic alliance with the Executive Recruiters Association (ERA), a premier body representing Indian executive recruitment consulting firms.

The alliance aimed to provide pre-screened candidates to ERA's clients, thus reducing the time, effort and resources involved in post-employment screening, as well as to raise awareness levels among recruiters about the criticality of conducting background checks on employees, vendors and contract staff, a First Advantage release said here.
