Southern Railway to run Thanjavur-Tiruvarur special

Tiruchirapalli, Sep 3: The Southern Railway would run special trains between Thanjavur and Tiruvarur till September nine in view of the Velankanni Arokiamatha festival.

An SR release here today said the special train would leave Tiruvarur at 1730 hrs and arrive Thanjavur at 1850 hrs.

In the return direction, the train would leave Thanjavur at 1000 hrs and reach Tiruvarur at 1130 hrs.

Mayiladuthurai-Thiruthuraipoondi passenger trains would operate on September seven (Sunday) in view of the festival, the release added.
