CBA fund misshape: CJM to register case

Ghazipur, Sep 3: Chief Judicial Magistrate (CJM) court has ordered police to register a case against six people, including a bank manager and a government lawyer in Collectorate Bar Assocation (CBA) fund misappropiation case.

CJM Angad Prasad pronounced the decision late last night over a petition filed by an advocate Anil Kumar It was alleged in the petition that in 2006, Ghazipur Collectorate Bar Association's officials misused the fund for allocation of lawyers chamber.

Earlier, the court had issued notice to the accused to give explanation regarding the same, however, they did not respond.

Thus, the court directed the Kotwali Sadar police to register a case against the six accused -- Ramjanm Bind, Rajendra Nath Ram, Balwant Singh, Om Prakash, Urban Cooperative Bank manager Bhushan Tiwari and governmnet lawyer Rambabu and investigate the case.
