Man gets life for murder
Patna, Sep 02 (UNI) A sessions court here today awarded life imprisonment to a man in a murder case.
Additional district and sessions judge B.K. Srivastava found Vidya Roy, a resident of Haidaspur of Patna district, guilty under section 302 of Indian Penal Code and section 27 of the Arm's act.
According to the charges, Ram Babu Roy, a resident of Maksudpur village was shot dead by the convict on October 12, 2001.
