Mamata dubs Tata's decision on Nano as its ''internal matter''

Singur, Sep 2 (UNI) Trinamool Congress Supremo Mamata Banerjee today said the Tata Motors' suspension of work at Singur unit and announcement of its plan to relocate the Nano plant was absolutely their ''internal matter.'' '' We do not want anybody to leave the state. At the same time, no farmer should shed tears,'' the Trinamool chief reiterated.

Ms Banerjee felt optimistic about the initiatives taken by West Bengal Governor Gopalkrishna Gandhi towards solving the Singur imbroglio.

She hoped that industry would be set up here and the farmers would get back their land, which was acquired ''forcibly'' by the state government.
