Lok Jansakthi plea on power cut issue

Puducherry,Sep 2: The Lok Jansakthi here on Tuesday, Sep 2 urged the new government to take up the power cut issue as its prime agenda and find ways to withdraw it.

Addressing the press, Party Puducherry President Puratchivendan said the power cut was severely affecting small industrial units and labourers. He also urged the new government to take immediate steps to provide diesel and petrol subsidy to auto workers here.

Mr Puratchivendan disclosed Union Fertilizer and Chemicals Minister Ramvilas Paswan would visit Puducherry on Sep 20 to take part in the second year celebration of the formation of the Janasakthi Mazdoor Sabha.
