HP HC mourns demise of Justice Thakur
Shimla, Sep 2 (UNI) A full court reference to mourn the demise of former judge of Himachal Pradesh High Court Justice R S Thakur, who died yesterday in PGI Chandigarh after prolonged illness, was today held in HP High Court.
Himachal Pradesh High Court Chief Justice Jagdish Bhalla paid his tribute to Justice Thakur (81), who had retired from Himachal Pradesh High court in 1989.
