Bihar Govt makes elaborate arrangements to receive flood relief

New Delhi, Sep 2 (UNI) The Bihar Government has made elaborate arrangements towards receiving the flood relief donations and other relief materials for the affected people in the state, at Bihar Bhawan here.

According to state information centre release issued here today, the "Donations and relief materials for Bihar flood victims could be handed over to the Resident Commissioner Bihar Bhawan here with immediate effect from today.'' This has been done to facilitate the assistance of those people who wanted to donate the relief to the State Government here particularly by the NGOs, establishments and other organisations in Delhi and NCR.

The donations in cash could be submitted through Bank Draft in favour of "Chief Minister's Relief Fund, Bihar". Donations in kind can also be handed over in Bihar Bhawan, New Delhi.
