3 pilgrims killed, 16 injured in road mishap

Moradabad, Sep 2 (UNI) At least three people, including two women, were killed and 16 others sustained grievous injuries after their bus turned turtle in the Munda Pandey area here today.

The incident occurred when a bus carrying pilgrims from Hardwar to Sitapur lost control of the wheels and overturned at Zero point, police said.

The deceased were identified as Shivpyari, Poonam and Nekram of Laherpur area.

Meanwhile, the injured were admitted to district hospital.
