Panoramic Universal acquires Sri Vatsa Hotels

New Delhi, Sept 1 (UNI) Panoramic Universal Ltd today said it has acquired Sri Vatsa Hotels Pvt Ltd (SVHPL) for constructing a four-star hotel in Secunderabad.

PUL has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on April 9, 2007 for the proposed acquisition of 100 per cent stake in SVHPL for constructing a four-star hotel with about 90 rooms at its premises located at Secunderabad, a company statement said.
