One gets life term in a murder case
Barh, Aug 31 (UNI) A local sessions court handed down life imprisonment to a person in murder case yesterday.
The court also slapped a fine of Rs 10,000 against the convict.
Additional district and session judge Ajay Kumar Sinha found one Bhola Singh guilty under various sections of the Indian Penal Code.
According to charges, the convict had gunned down one Yogi Sau on November 9, 2003 following a monetary dispute.
