Large number of students participate in talent contest
Hyderabad, Aug 31 (UNI) A large number of students from various schools in the city today participated in the all India "Chandamama Children's Day Out"(CCDO) contest aimed at identifying creative, intellectual and sporting talent.
The students participated in painting, clay modelling, story telling and english debate competitons.
Chief Executive Officer of Chandamama L Subramanyan said the Hyderabad event was the third and the first was held at Chennai on August 16 with a turnout of over 6,000 children followed by the event at Coimbatore on August 24.
"It is a great opportunity for children to perform and shine on a national scale. This is a unique event that explores different aspects of a child's creativity and talent. The CCDO is part of a series of new products introduced by Chandamama over the past years," he said The winners in the event were presented with prizes and certificates.
