Bihar: Life imprisonment for four in murder case

Samastipur, Aug 31: A fast track court awarded life imprisonment to four accused in a murder case. The court also slapped a fine of Rs 10,000 on each the convicts.

Fast track court judge Afjalur Rehman found all the four accused guilty on Saturday, Aug 30 and handed over life term under various sections of the Indian Penal Code.

According to the charges, the victim, Ayodhya Mahato, a dweller of Barabatta village under Sarairanjan police station area, was killed by the four accused on April 7, 2005.
