One gets life imprisonment in a murder case
Patna, Aug 30 (UNI) Additional district and sessions judge Ashok kumar Pathak today awarded life imprisonment to a person in a murder case.
The court also slapped fine of Rs 5,000 to the convict.
According to charges, Rakesh Kumar alias Bare was shot dead by the convict at Manpura mohalla under Patliputra police station area of the state capital on October 18, 2004 following an old enmity.
