Shobha Developers to foray into City of palaces
Mysore Aug 29(UNI) Country's one of the leading real property developers, Shobha Developers will invest over Rs 110 crores for its ambitious residential project, Mr J C Sharma MD of the company said here today.
Speaking to newsperson here today Mr Sharma said that company has planned to build 83 premier villas in an area of 14 acres which was designed in the Indo-Saracenic style of architecture.
He said that the residential project which would be located about 15 km from the city of palaces would offer world class conveniences complimenting the ambiance of the city which was once the seat of power in Sough India.
Describing that Mysore is the second largest and fastest growing tier II city in the state Mr Sharma said that it has great potential next to Bangalore in terms of IT power of the world.
The works for the residential project will be started from four months from now and it would be completed within stipulated time, he said.
