Goan students to display Robotic Arm in Delhi tomorrow
Panaji, Aug 28 (UNI) The Mimicking Robotic Arm, a project work of four students of electronics and telecommunications branch of the Goa College of Engineering, has been shortlisted for awards at the Indian National Academy of Engineering, New Delhi.
The robotic arm model would be displayed tomorrow in Delhi, to compete for the awards. The academy had instituted the awards for innovative and creative research projects for engineering students across the country to identify the best talent.
The arm imitates the movement of the human elbow joint, wrist joint and fingers through the hardware and software developed by the students, according to an official release here today.
