Madge in love letter exhibition row
London, Aug 27 : Queen of pop Madonna is planning to take a legal action against the organisers of her memorabilia exhibition in a bid to stop explicit letters she sent to a former boyfriend from going on display.
The organisers of the 'Simply Madonna' exhibition are keen to display the 50-year-old singer's intimate items, including 17 letters that she had written to former lover and bodyguard James Albright, in London next year.
According to the Mirror, the letters are allegedly signed 'Spanky', in reference to the pop superstar's bedroom antics, and are sealed with a lipstick kisses.
"Who'd want private sentiments to someone they loved revealed? Lawyers sent a warning. She hopes it will work," a source said.
More than 300 personal items including clothes, photographs, film props, costumes and personal items belonging to the Holiday hitmaker will be showcased in London next year (09).
