Kerala CM criticises Buddhadeb for bandh remarks
Thiruvananthapuram, Aug 27 (UNI) Kerala Chief Minister and CPI(M) Polit bureau member V S Achuthanandan today criticised his West Bengal Counterpart and party colleague Buddhadeb Bhattacharjee for his reported remarks against organising bandhs.
''I don't think he will oppose the bandh called by the CPI(M),'' Mr Achuthanandan said while talking to newspersons after meeting of the Cabinet.
When pointed out Mr Bhattacharjee had made certain adverse remarks against organising bandh, he said ''it hasn't come to my notice. I never feel that he will make such remarks. If he had made such a statement, then it is wrong.'' Mr Bhattacharjee during a meeting yesterday had stated he would not favour bandh and react strongly if his party organised a bandh in future.
