He advised the members to attend the ongoing Assembly Session without fail to discuss various people's issues.
The incharge ministers of the district should coordinate with the District Party Presidents and take up the developmental and welfare schemes initiated by the government to the people.
PCC President D Srinivas said it was the responsibility of every member and worker of the party to take government programmes to the people as the Congress Government had taken up several welfare programmes more than those mentioned in the election manifesto during the 2004 elections.

If any member wanted to move a motion, they should move a 'sub-stantive motion' before 14 working days of the House.
It was the responsibility of every member of the house respect the speaker as all the members including the government should obey his suggestions.
