Buses under ESMA in MP

Bhopal, Aug 27 (UNI) The Madhya Pradesh government today brought plying of private buses under the Essential Services Maintenance Act for a period of three months, official sources said.

The Home Department order, effective immediately, is in response to private bus operators' statewide strike that began today. The government earlier appealed to the operators not to proceed on strike.
