School properties seized as per court order

Mysore, Aug 26 (UNI) As per the order by Second Additional Civil Judge court, the properties of a private school was seized today for not paying Salary to a teacher.

Teacher Premalatha, now retired, in her petition had complained that she was not paid salary for the period 1996 and 1999 2001 to 2006.

The School authority also failed to respond to the Court notices.

The Judge today directed the Court authorities to seize the materiel of the State Government recognised Mary School.

However, School authorities refused to comment.
