NCP MLC visits dacoity victims
Beed, Maharashtra, Aug 24 (UNI) NCP leader and MLC Usha Darade today visited families in a colony at Kathoda village in the district, who were attacked by dacoits on August 19.
MLC Suresh Nawale yesterday informed reporters that two teenaged girls were allegedly raped during the incident, following which police decided to investigate the matter.
Eight persons, including five women, were injured in the incident and one of the injured succumbed on August 23.
Ms Darade assured support to the victims. Beed Additional Collector Bhagwanrao Gutte also visited the victims.
