HR Communication portal +hrdirectiononline.com+ launched

Bangalore, Aug 25 (UNI) R K Swamy BBDO, part of Rs 650 crore R K Swamy/Hansa Marketing service group, today announced the launch of an exclusive portal that offers creative posters and e-mailers for effective employee communication.

The portal -- 'hrdirectiononline.com' based on subscription model, makes designing and publishing employee communication simple and effortless. It offers ready-to-use internal communication designs and over 150 topics that address the issues of employee communication of any organisation.

Speaking to reporters at the launch, Srinivasan K Swamy, CMD of R K Swamy BBDO said the online service would help companies cut costs on their internal communication all over the world.

"Over 1000 ready to use internal communication designs have been made available on the website with a handy editing tool to customise the design and copy. The portal uses high quality photographs and graphics licensed from Getty Images," he said.

The subscription rate ranges between USD 250 to USD 8000 per annum depending on the number of downloads a subscriber makes. The company expects a revenue of Rs 10 crore in the first year and take it up to Rs 100 crore in three years time when more offerings were launched.

The portal has a vast repository of designs on topics like active life beyond work and office, celebration communication, corporate news, cultural vibrancy, employee benefits, referral programme and training and development.
