Delhi Bar Council elects new chairman, vice chairman

New Delhi, Aug 25 (UNI) Delhi Bar Council has elected B S Rana as its chairman and Dr Adish C Aggarwal as the vice chairman.

Mr Rana, a noted criminal lawyer is the founder member of the Rohini Court Bar Association and senior advocate Dr Aggarwal has been the vice chairman and acting chairman of the Bar Council of India. He is also the vice president of the Supreme Court Bar Association and had represented India in many international conferences.

K C Mittal, chairman of the election committee and president of the Delhi High Court Bar Association said Advocate Rakesh Sherawat has been appointed as the Hony Secretary and Rakesh Kumar Kochhar as member of the Delhi Bar Council.
